This project features Stubbe’s precast Sandwich Wall system, designed to deliver structural performance, thermal insulation, and exterior finish in one product. The building envelope was constructed using insulated precast walls, with all precast-to-precast joints sealed using a colour-impregnated weatherproofing sealant. A colourised waterproof coating was applied to the exterior face, enhancing both durability and visual appeal.
