Completed in November 2023, Paisley Tower is a 10-storey residential development in Mississauga that showcases the innovative use of total precast concrete construction. Designed by Fryett Turner Architects Inc., the building features 82 spacious units in a mix of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom layouts. Precast concrete walls, hollow-core slabs, and balconies provided speed, durability, and quality throughout construction, while large windows and a sleek façade bring in natural light and a modern aesthetic. Despite a tight site footprint, installation was efficiently executed using a crawler crane, demonstrating thoughtful planning and precision. The development also includes a precast above-ground parking structure with indoor and outdoor EV charging stations, as well as resident amenities like a gym, lounge, party room, and landscaped green spaces. With over 150,000 square feet of precast walls and slabs contributing to a total gross floor area of 17,910.7 square meters, Paisley Tower delivers sustainable, high-quality living in a growing urban neighbourhood.
