We were founded in 1982 by Herb Stubbe. We started by designing and manufacturing the first precast concrete hog feeders in Ontario. Although we take great pride in still adhering to our founder’s values and vision, we’ve never stopped innovating the products we offer.
Over the past four decades, we’ve expanded on the values-led company Herb started, delivering high-quality products to diverse markets throughout Southwestern Ontario, as well as parts of the US Midwest.
What makes Stubbe’s truly special is our people. We prioritize teamwork, hard work, and collaboration. We believe in getting things done and finding innovative solutions that push the boundaries of what’s possible.
In 2001, we entered the commercial and residential markets, introducing our hollowcore flooring system. We introduced structural wall panels in 2006. In 2010, we added structural columns, beams and double tees to our product line. Combined, these are our TOTAL PRECAST STRUCTURES.
Our dedication to teamwork, ethics, and ownership ensures that everything that comes from our four state-of-the-art manufacturing plants, multiple Redi-Mix plants, and cement marine and rail terminals is completed to the highest standards. Stubbe’s Precast offers comprehensive total precast building solutions, providing a complete structural system for a wide range of applications. By integrating our engineered hollow core, walls, beams, columns, and double tees, we can deliver efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective building solutions. Our expertise in design and manufacturing ensures a seamless construction process, resulting in durable and sustainable structures.
One of our key innovations is FastTrack, a modular building system designed to expedite the construction of mid-rise residential buildings. FastTrack utilizes predesigned, interchangeable modules, which accelerates both the design and construction phases. This way we can deliver projects much faster than traditional methods, with the added benefit of reducing costs.
We apply our commitment to innovation across all aspects of our work. We invest heavily in advanced technology to ensure that we deliver the highest quality precast products and services. Production takes place at three state-of-the-art manufacturing plants with over 340,000 square feet of indoor production and support facilities on over 175 acres in Southwestern Ontario where we incorporate robotics and advanced curing technology to improve both speed and quality.
By using the latest innovations, we reduce production time and costs, passing those savings onto our customers. The result is a seamless, efficient process that empowers developers to bring their projects to market quickly and at a competitive price.
