Harvestview is an eight-storey, 132-unit rental building in Tillsonburg built using Stubbe’s FastTrack total precast system—delivering modern, sustainable housing with speed, efficiency, and reduced environmental impact.

Construction uses FastTrack total precast modular technology, with precast hollowcore floors, structural walls, exterior cladding walls, balconies, stairs, and landings. Vinyl dual-pane windows were factory-installed in panels before site delivery. The system’s efficiency supports mid-rise rental construction at competitive prices, while achieving low environmental impact
