Stubbe’s Property Development successfully delivered its first industrial facility at 136 Main Street West in Norwich, Ontario. Designed to support flexible commercial and industrial use, the building features three large tenant units and meets Group F2 and Group D zoning requirements, with subsidiary Group E occupancy. The structure was completed using total precast components, including insulated exterior cladding panels and hollowcore mezzanine floors. The installation was executed by Stubbe’s in-house non-union crew and completed in under two weeks, demonstrating Stubbe’s efficiency, expertise, and control over project delivery.
