Completed in 2016, this 8-storey residential development in Waterloo, Ontario. The project features 128 bedrooms and over 200,000 square feet of hollowcore floor slabs, demonstrating the scale and efficiency of precast solutions. Stubbe’s played a key role in the structure by supplying and installing insulated concrete form (ICF) construction, along with precast components including solid precast balconies, precast stairs, and landings. This combination of modern construction methods and durable precast systems resulted in a robust, efficient, and sustainable building designed to meet the needs of a growing urban community.
