The precast scope covered 641,000 square feet of floors and 635,000 square feet of wall panels, using a full range of total precast components—including hollowcore slabs, balconies, beams and columns, stairs, landings, and wall panels. Impressively, Stubbe’s completed one tower’s floors and walls—over 12,000 square feet—in just three days, with the entire precast phase completed in only 10 months.
