Constructed by The Prica Group and completed in 2017, this Waterloo development features five total precast residential towers ranging from six to fourteen storeys, all connected by a shared underground parking garage and a pedestrian promenade. The project includes 603 one- to three-bedroom suites and represents the largest cumulative precast project Stubbe’s has completed to date. The precast scope covered 641,000 square feet of floors and 635,000 square feet of wall panels, using a full range of total precast components—including hollowcore slabs, balconies, beams and columns, stairs, landings, and wall panels. Impressively, Stubbe’s completed one tower’s floors and walls—over 12,000 square feet—in just three days, with the entire precast phase completed in only 10 months.
